Crawfish Eggrolls

Crawfish egg rolls are a perfect fusion recipe you are going to love! Perfect spice and plenty of flavor.
Crawfish Egg Rolls
1 Package of egg roll wrappers
1 lb crawfish tails
3 cups cole slaw mix (NO LIQUID JUST VEGGIES)
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp Creole or Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
1 ½ cups of shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup diced celery
3 cloves minced garlic
¾ cup of heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
*Optional cayenne pepper to taste
Oil for frying ( canola, vegetable, peanut)
Egg Wash
1 egg
3 Tbsp water
