1/4 Tsp Worcestershire
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onions
1/2 Tsp Hot Sauce
1/2 Tsp Sugar (to taste)
1/2 Tsp Old Bay
1/2 Tsp 90’s Flavor (www.esspecialsauce.com)
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs (add slowly)
1 Cup Broccoli Slaw
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Oil for frying
Green onions (topping)
Lime (topping)
BANG SAUCE
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1/2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
