I made the samosa and spring rolls for Christmas and everybody loved it, I still have some unfried in the freezer sef. Is it non sticky frying pan u use to make the wrap?
@mine gets soft and chewy once it cools off..any tricks to keep it crunchy even when it's no longer hot?

Nice and tasty.... Doing this for Christmas... But my fear is using any plastic in my hot oil.... Pls how do you do yours that it doesn't melt..... Because my plastic/silicon filter/spoon do melt in the oil and I don't like using metal so as not to scratch my non sticky pan..... Pls advice. Thanks
