I am half japanese and the trick with the potato starch in the stock is exactly the way the japanese version (Harumaki) is made too, funny how food travels around the world. @@SweetAdjeley one question ma'am, i have a lot to make on Sunday, so to reduce work load for me, I'm considering making spring rolls and samosa on Saturday ( without frying them) and keeps in the freezer till the next day. Now my question is, will they not come out a bit soggy when I finally fries them on Sunday because I noticed freezer adds more liquids to foods? I asked because I want to know how yours comes out after saving them in a freezer.
