Doctors really are pathetic in the IBD space 😂 I got the same negative spill after diagnosis
Awesome video bro. You have come so far from where you were, so continue to bring out the best in you and always remember the world revolves around you, you make your own reality. You're a Champ 🏆 🏆
Thank YOU SO MUCH!! All of this is possible because of the work I did with you and your constant support. All the love to you and the family spreading the word and helping others heal. You are the 🐐 Sham!
@@inflamedunchainedplease can you make a video where you talk about cal prot, occult bloood inflammation.
Please what’s the number one thing you did to heal thanks
Your video brought me to tears.... thank you for sharing your story. Hugs.
This is really amazing and inspiring. I’m so happy you are here.
Can you please tell me if you still tests colonoscopy, cal prot, occult, and how are those results?
I will look for your videos but this gives me hope.
Thank you.
Really got your life back
I hope to god that you live a long and happy life
Well that just made my day. I hope the same for you, too, friend!
Awesome. I'll try this. Had colitis for 12 years now.
Are you cured bro?
Did you poop alot with colitis?
I cried so much last month when I was diagnosed with Crohns because my doctor told me same thing. There is no cure for this type of disease. Crohns is a chronic disease and will not go away . He told me that I need to be on the medication for the rest of my life. I told him no no, I refused to take medication and searching how I can heal myself without medication. It was funny when I asked what to eat ? He told me eat whatever you want because there is no correlation between crohns and you eat .
what do you eat?
@@mann8283 I stopped eating processed food, Sugar, junk food, grains, dairy, red meat, fruits that high in fructose, no pasta, no bread, no gluten, no animal fats. I get so sick when I eat those things. I eat only chicken soup with vegetables ( carrot, turnip, onion, little bit of cilantro, salt, olive oil, little bit of ginger power, and little bit of turmeric with water) that’s the only soup I have been eating for about a month now. I make a smoothie of boiled carrot , butternut squash, apple( I cooked them about 10min) when about to blind them I add one ripe peach) that’s what I drink . I will advise you to try what works for you because we are different. Someone people said the carnivore diet works very well for them, it didn’t work for me. I get so sick if I eat red meat, animal fats, . I am now 90% better. For some reason when I eat chicken breast I don’t feel well. The only chicken part that I consume is thighs . I also keep track of what I eat on a paper for example if I eat milk and got sick, I will note it down until I almost eliminate all things that hurt my stomach.
How is your condition now@@zinebjalal1628? I felt the same deasese
@@zinebjalal1628Sounds like you are doing great & on the right path.. but don’t let go after you start feeling better. I’ve been down that path with ulcerative colitis, now on to 22 yrs of living with it. In the beginning we’ve energy, we do what it takes but gradually all the self care & cooking gets too much given that we’re not absorbing nutrients very well and feel very weak all the time (I’m talking about myself) ..& I tend to fall back to my old ways and the flare comes back with a vengeance. Please stick to your diet and what works, try NEVER to get hooked to Prednisone steroids or your life will be ruined. I tell this from experience. Stay positive and strong & listen to your gut, before you listen to any doctor out there.. I don’t care how good they are, but you know your body, best!! God bless you during your healing journey.
SCENAR therapy should help a lot
Well That's really inspiring and motivating ❤️😁😁😃😃
That means the world thank you so much!

Is sigmoid colitis and proctocolitis are the same?
God please help me 🥺
He will he does it for others he'll do it for u
Your video was followed with a similar video that explained paleo and not a single trace of fruit or veggie is a healing diet. It's insane. At the end of the day either great meds or paleo based or plant base, etc or any other possible relief from crohns or colitis works. Just have to try every single one. Very very frustrating.
Thx.💯💯
Do you not eat meat at all? On plant diet completely?
Guide me brother what diet did you have?
@@RA82828 really?

@Lillian Maya what dose genital warts have to do with colitis
@@ronburgundy1033 he said 3 months

UC is a difficult disease to live with. If I eat the wrong thing I’m out of commission for weeks it seems like. I’m slowly making changes to my diet. I’ve removed fried foods and most meats but cheese and caffeine has proven to be very difficult 😅
You can do it, caffeine is very addictive and so is cheese actually, because it has casein (a certain protein) in it which acts like an opiate in the body.
Try decaf coffee & try gluten free cheese cause it helps 👍
10 minutes , you saf nothing…. Again 😮
@@RA82828 yup. I was thinking the same thing
Just do the carnivore diet for a few months
@@vicious_machine have upu had any experience with yhid at all?
A whole load of nothing
No shit
What in the freaking world did you do man you made waste my time son
For those complaining about the video, in what world or profession do people give away full free advice? Guys, he’s a coach and needs to make a living in this space. Work with him and support him so he can support you!
Plus, just because his process worked for him, doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. We may have the same diagnosis but we are unique beings with bio-individual needs.
It took him ten years to get to where he is today. I relate to that so much. It was all through trial and error and unfortunately that’s how it goes.
If you’re expecting someone to show up and save you, I have news for you, it’s not going to happen. You have to believe in yourself and your ability to get where you want to go. Will you need help along the way? Absolutely. But it’s on you. Start taking some accountability.
Totally useless video full of nothing, but self marketing for paid consultancies 🤔
