It is so hard to heal and take care of yourself when you’re sick. I’ve healed myself before but I was in a better situation back then. I’m going to have to dig deep and push myself to do what I have to do. I pray for everyone suffering from this horrible illness. God bless you all.

The concoction I am using is a mix of D3/K2 for calcium phosphate reabsorption, probiotics w/ digestive enzymes, apple cider vinegar to kill the bacteria, obv a multivitamin, and a whole lot of physical therapy(releasing your body), tonsil stone cleaner, omega 3s like you said(dislodged calcium prevents us our body from seeing the hidden cholesterol under the sheath of calcium buildup in arteries and in soft tissues)
I must warn any reader, once you start this all the pains/injuries youve ever experienced will come back with excruciating pain as those injuries never healed properly due to infection. Work with your doctor first…
      God bless.

Wonderful talk. I don't suffer from IBD but I stumbled on the vid when a friend of mine mentioned his issues with it. I forwarded him the vid but also sat through it myself out of curiosity and heard a great deal of deep-rooted wisdom (from you both, at points) with regards to allopathic medicine and life perspective, which mirrors my own experience.
I love that 'Imagination' is one of the parts of Dane's SHIELD acronym, a word that means much more than 'the ability to think things up'. Judging from the way he talks, what Dane (and some mystic traditions) refer to as 'imagination' is the practice of using your mind to relate yourself to every aspect of life, art, craft and fulfilment of spirit which resonates with you. This is the way you build a persistent picture of yourself that defines your 'true north' and stops you feeling trapped by externally imposed diets and routines, moving forward instead on an impulse that comes from within. The first 2 Delphic maxims, 'Know Thyself' and 'Nothing Too Much' pass down an endorsement through the ages that echoes this route to self-actualisation; even moderation is something to be taken in moderation, if the alternative is an externally imposed program you cannot fully believe in or follow, because you feel it stifles something vital to you.

molecular hydrogen tablets fuel bacteria that produce butyrate. and butyrate is very important that you dont get suddenly a fistula (at least thats how it was in my case but mainly taking sodium butyrate buut hydrogen is more at the root but doesnt relief as much right at he beginning) tmg reduces colonic dmg score, super enzymes with bile gave alot of relief, later i found out that i had a slight taurine deficiency and this is related to less bile production but still on the enzymes cause im afraid xd. when i eat crap with alot of sugar i lower insuline with berberine. soon trying nl-bpc 157 and try to heal in combination with keto. if you struggle with gettin into keto there is something called d galactose that combined with lactase will help aloot to get started without brainfog

Colonoscopy’s are dangerous. The entire medical profession is deadly. Ask google specific questions like how many people die from colonoscopy. Or how many people die every year from medical malpractice or mistakes. And how many people die from taking their non narcotic medications as prescribed. Then you’ll find the truth.

He's a poster child for the dangers of eating too much protein along with the dehydrating cooked junk food. Also everyone should know that viruses come out ONLY when you have too much toxicity in your body. If he'd have been eating a species appropriate CLEAN diet of lots of raw fruit and raw vegetables - which contain all the protein we need which is very little, he would have never gotten sick.
