I’ve been incorporating your 20 minute yoga, and that fantastic 20 minute standing cardio ab workout from last week into my routine.
I’ve come to realize at this age that 30 minute workouts are just as effective if you really push yourself, . i’ve always done an hour or more and it’s not necessary . And I’ve avoided injury!

I’ve done a lot of Michelle’s workouts and this was probably the hardest. I was panting and nauseous when it ended. I love it when I end a workout feeling like I couldn’t have pushed any harder and this one will give you that if you push as much weight as you can.
