    On a body decomposition journey @ 50 and this is IT!
    Loved the 3 repeat for each exercise.
    I’ve been incorporating your 20 minute yoga, and that fantastic 20 minute standing cardio ab workout from last week into my routine.
    I’ve come to realize at this age that 30 minute workouts are just as effective if you really push yourself, . i’ve always done an hour or more and it’s not necessary . And I’ve avoided injury!

      I agree, 30 mins is more than enough. Just as effective as spending 60 mins. If you put the effort in.

    I’ve done a lot of Michelle’s workouts and this was probably the hardest. I was panting and nauseous when it ended. I love it when I end a workout feeling like I couldn’t have pushed any harder and this one will give you that if you push as much weight as you can.

    If you want a challenge boy does this deliver! My heart rate was up the entire time. I had to take longer breaks between some of those sets 😅

    That was a doozy! I almost had to pause for a longer break towards the middle, but I didn't. It's a warm humid morning in my neck of the woods. Breathing hard throughout. Great workout! Yep, got my black shorts on.😄
