- This is a follow along 35 minute full body dumbbell workout that will target every muscle group to help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing and basically leave you feeling awesome!!
The exercises are performed for 30 seconds each, 10 seconds rest. The exercises are performed for 3 sets each in a super set format (which means back to back).
The weight I am using is 12.5lb and 20lb dumbbells for your reference. So yes, as heavy as you have access to and slow paced, controlled and full range of motion. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.

*did this one earlier this morning! my heart rate really went up doing the lunge and press movement for sure with my twenty’s!! i used ten’s, twelve’s and twenty’s. burned over 300 active calories and 400 total calories!*
Loved this slower paced routine where I lifted heavier than I normally would. Going 3 sets gave me a pump. Now I can have a protein heavy bfast😂

Michelle, this is my FAVORITE superset so far. I love the pace, the sets, and the flow of the workout. This is going to be my 3x/week strength training for a while.
I struggle with shoulder presses… I still want to use moderate/heavy weights on the lunges, so I just do bicep curls there. Is there any kind of adjustment you would suggest for sensitive shoulders?
