- This full body barre workout is designed to burn calories and sculpt lean muscle. We are using 5 lb dumbbells and body weight in today's workout. Just grab a mat your weights, and a chair to use as your bar and get ready to sweat! We are turning up the intensity and fun by moving to the beat of the music, if needed go at your pace.

Man, my first time doing this was a struggle bus!! I love it though. I do have to be careful with the stuff on the stomach, to protect my lower back- but it’s still doable! You are definitely a motivator!

Love love love. Felt the burn and built up a great sweat. I seldom do barre classes in barre class studios because they are so ballerinaesque ( new word I just created) and these were easy to follow but not an easy workout and not dance oriented. Michele you rock , give us more like this; it was awesome!
