- Burn Fat and build muscle with this 30 MIN All Standing Strength Workout! I can't tell you how important it is to lift weights! Every time you pick up the weights and challenge yourself in a new way, you have the opportunity to see how strong of a person you are. As we age we lose muscle mass, so strength training is one of the best ways to maintain and build muscle. It's doesn't mean you need to life super heavy weights, it's really about being consistent. If you love this workout, do it a few times a week with other workouts that you enjoy. Drink lots of water, recovery, and eat foods that give you energy so you can feel and look your best!
Equipment used: I used a set of 3lb, 5lb and 8lb dumbbells

One of the reasons I watch your workouts consistently is because when you talk it flows with the workout. You don't have unnecessary dialogue like many other workout videos I've done. This was another great workout!

Great workout for this time of year! There are YT instructors that should probably consider not talking, but you are nice to listen to. You aren't overly chatty and sometimes it's nice to have form pointers, even if you aren't new to exercise. It's nice when you want to stream your own music. Thanks for all you do. Merry Christmas!

I did this particular workout today at the gym, I didn't know I was doing it well but my body could tell I was fine not until one of the instructors walked up to ask me if I was an instructor 😂😂😂😂😂 I said no that I was only following this CZcams channel...I just love this page since last month 😊😊😊

I'm 59 and newly into menopause, so I absolutely LOVED this standing and weight training workout...BUT, if I'm going to work this hard, I NEED to hear your instruction and motivation!! I've been away awhile. Thanks, Michelle! No jumping is a must after C5-C7 ACDF surgery in October. This seemed reasonable today with a range a 8lb to 2lb. I may pay tomorrow. Activities with jumping or bouncing are prohibited, so I appreciate anything you offer without impact. ❤️ Btw, I love your voice queuing and workout guidance.
