HOMEMADE PIZZA MARGHERITA, COOKED IN A PAN
Pizza Margherita is a unique speciality, a real delicacy.

In this video, I show you how to prepare it at home, like the one in the pizzeria, with a long leavening process, which gives it a more intense flavour and makes it lighter and easier to digest.
Preparing it is easy and making it is also very satisfying.

INGREDIENTS for3 pizzas
500g 00 flour +50g 00 flour for kneading
350 ml water
5g of fresh yeast
15g of salt
half a tablespoon of oil
400g mozzarella
300g tomato puree
enough oil
basil
