Aval/Poha/Flattened rice ¾ cup
Milk 4 cups (1 litre)
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp

Mam I don't know anything about cake, so can you please tell me 1. Oven or microwave 2. Premix or step by step 3. Ready fondant or need to prepare fresh 4 for how many days cke will be fresh 5 why whipping cream sag down.

Hi,
1. I prefer OTG oven
2. No premixes, made from scratch
3. I use ready made fondant
4. You can freeze cakes for 1 week max.
5. Revisit your whipping cream process. Will upload a detailed whipping cream tutorial soon.
