Ingredients:
Aloo Bhaji:
Potatos (cubed) 2 large, 500gms
Onion (finely chopped) 1 large
Garlic (finely chopped) 3-4 cloves
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 inch
Green chillies (finely chopped) 2-3 nos
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Urad dal ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/8 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Garam Masala ¼ tsp
Curry leaves 1-2 sprigs
Coriander leaves 1 small bunch
Oil 1 tbsp
Poori:
Whole wheat flour/Atta 1 cup
Water ½ cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
