Tomatoes (ripe, roughly chopped) 4 large
Carrot (roughly chopped) 1 medium
Onion (roughly chopped) ½ small
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Butter 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Pepper to taste
For Garnish:
Bread (cut into cubes) 2-3 slices
Butter/ Ghee 3 tbsp
Pizza seasoning (optional) 2 tbsp
Cheese (grated, optional) as needed
