Ingredients:
Chana Dal/ Kadala Parippu (soaked overnight) 1 cup
Maida/ All purpose flour 1¼ cup
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Sugar ½ to ¾ cups
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Ghee 2-3 tbsp
Water as needed
Sesame/ Gingelly Oil as needed
Rice flour as needed
(This recipe makes 10 large Bolis)
