Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless, cut into cubes) 500gms
Pasta 2 cups
Garlic (finely chopped) 10-15 cloves
Onion (finely chopped) 1 small
Capsicum (cut in cubes) 1 medium
Tomato 3 large
Butter 2-3 tbsp
All purpose flour/ Maida 3 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Mixed herbs/ Pizza seasoning 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder 2-3 tsp
Cheese (grated, I used Mozzarella) ½ cup
Sugar ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
