All purpose flour/ Maida 3 cups
Curd ¾ cup
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Baking Powder ¾ tsp
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Sugar 1 ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Lukewarm water as needed
Butter as needed
Garlic (finely chopped) 10-12 cloves
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) as needed
Kalonji/Nigella seeds (optional) 2-3 tbsp
