my right fan is rattling how can I fix hp
after a disaster with Dells 7567, im looking towards the Omen 15 1060. i seriously hope this can stand up to the task, once my refund is in, hope you guys can give me a good deal.
They fixed the screen, if that is what you are refering to
I i had the 4k screen, it was flawless, well, it had a little light bleed along the lower edge but other than that it was great. No my issues were the fans, keyboard, trackpad and the speakers. Some od those problems were fixed more than once, the final nail in the coffin was dells horrific customer service and the fact it was going to take a month to replace the whole laptop. I spoke to HP at 5PM Monday, and by 11AM Tuesday I had the new laptop. Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect. Battery life is the number one complaint. The screen is only 1080p, the speakers are ok but not as good as the dell and the keyboard is a little tricky to read in the daylight unless thr back light is on but it works and touch wood, no problems.

Which is an understatement if there ever was one! The dell is a good laptop, if I put the crap customer service aside, if I put the small amount of light bleed aside then the only other complaints I have with the dell was 1 finger print nightmare doesn't even begin to explain the problem with the soft plastic finish. Next up is that the keys on the keyboard touch the display panel (4k) so you end up with grubby key prints all over the display. The fan noise is something terrible, dont expect to get away with having a craft game of Doom in the office and the WiFi was crap, of course its easy to fix the the WiFi and if you don't mind cleaning it alot or the noise whilst under load then it had all the hallmarks of a great laptop. Such a shame dell screwed it up with 3rd rate customer service. I was probably unlucky with all THe other issues as I haven't heard many other folk with problems. If you have a problem with your Dell then I wish you all the luck in the world to get a speedy resolution. Whilst the HP is interior in some ways, it does have a better gpu, a better case, IR camera, thunderbolt 3 and od course it works. ☺
