It overheats for no reason sometimes, but I don't play the lastest games, works great with Guitar Hero games and recording at high bit-rate. The laptop does just about anything I want it to so i'm happy with it.
what do you use to make thumbnails and also what laptop raiser do you use, keep up the grind
I use a mobile app to make my thumbnails it’s called PicsArt! And for the laptop stand I don’t know the name but I bought it on Amazon!

Is it compatible with elgato hd60s? Or with OBS studio or stream labs? If you dont have these platforms its ok 😂 im just curious
I use streamlabs to stream and I use obs to record so I guess it’s compatible

Does it run Roblox and 200 fps?
I have a similar 2019 model. Honestly I have a lot of over heating problems with it. I undervolted it and use Intel extreme tuning to down clock, but it never stays. I have the 17t-cb000 model. It over heats without down clicking just from using Hulu. Also I hit something recently that totally shut off my internal microphone. It won't detect my voice in discord. I originally bought this for music production. Not gaming. Any advice?
I honestly haven’t run into any over heating problems so I can’t really help you!
Best to open it if your handy and use new cooling paste on the processor. Maybe they didn't use enough and it got dried out. Some of them have that problem because the fans and the build is great so that is not the issue! If you can't do it yourself let a techrepair guy do it. Wouldn't cost too much i guess. It's just replacing the cooling paste nothing more.
@@AP101083 thanks man! I actually got someone to put new paste. Specifically, Artic silver paste. I'm not sure about my current power settings. I use Intel extreme tuning to down clock a bit and find a sweet spot so the red bars for power throttling don't pop up. Kind of tedious and annoying. It did get a little better with new paste

@@AP101083 I figured out the setting to switch back to microphone array . The internal mic. Unfortunately I'm not sure how to use it or set it to detect my shure sm7b. Kind if wierd it detects it through my music DAW, but not on discord even when I set it in the discord settings. Must be something else I'm missing.

I would recommend to just go with a gaming pc 💯
This is a gaming PC. It’s just portable. Basically it’s a personal preference of if you want full desktop power that’s stationary or if you want 80%-90% of desktop grade performance on the go or just mobile in general
how loud is the fan wit everything running for streaming
It can get pretty loud normally but when I stream the stream dosnt here it!

Hey I noticed that when you first opened the laptop at 1:25 the screen jiggled a lot after. When you move the laptop around does it have any wiggle similar to that? What about while typing?
I have the same laptop, except mine has a 2070 in it. Same size and everything. I haven't noticed any screen wobble when typing and the only noticeable wobble you will find is if you really bang against the laptop. It is a pretty sturdy screen and if you can bear with a couple millimeters of wobble while typing on your lap or absolutely none while on a desk, I think it'll be all find and dandy.
So I checked Amazon is it true it has 512 of storage
Some of them do. Mine came with 512 gb Samsung nvme and I added a 1tb Sabrent rocket nvme in my second slot and then a 2.5 inch sshd 2tb. Both for less than it would have cost to buy the laptop from hp with more storage out of the box
