    When I was 18 I decided to lose weight. I weighed about 205 lbs. and stood around 6 feet tall. Here's what I did. . .AND IT WORKED!!! I began jogging every day (LONG before jogging was even close to being "a thing" to do). I didn't run very far, but I ran EVERY DAY. I quit eating sugar and carbs. NO bread, cake, cookies etc. I only ate protein, beef and a little fish once in a while. . .And lots of veggies such as broccoli, some peas and carrots, and some green beans. I drank water, some unsweetened tea, some unsweetened coffee and diet sodas once in a while as well. I became addicted to this routine as the weight began to come off. In fact, I took it too far and finally at 145 lbs. I said enough is enough and stopped being so strict about my diet. But I did NOT go back to much sugar as I had kind of lost my taste for it, and even though I did go back to some carbs, I didn't overdo that either. From that time on I have maintained a weight of around 157 lbs. ever since. I'm now 73 and I've noticed a bit of fat around my middle since I became a "covid recluse" for the past three ridiculous years, but I can handle that now that the world isn't demanding that I "hide out" in my apartment anymore. My point is that after my diet regimen at 18 to lose weight, I haven't constantly denied myself some things I want occasionally, and my weight hasn't gotten out of control. I think it's more common sense than having a list of this is OK and this isn't. I pretty much KNOW what isn't, and just don't overdo those things. So now at 73 my motto is, "Everything in moderation. . .Including moderation."

Top 10 in the world is an outstanding achievement, making him a premiere world-class athlete. I was a college runner, not Olympic material (didn't even qualify for Olympic trials in my event, the 800, missed by 3 full seconds, which is a lot), but I know how much work goes into getting to that level. They are not taught critical thinking and because of this, Hundreds of millions of people believe all kinds of lies over the last several decade.

I was worried about how my blood work results would work since I've never eaten so much meat before. Especially with the eggs and bacon or sausage in the mornings. I had blood work done a couple of months ago and my cholesterol numbers had dropped despite eating so much meat. I dropped the keto diet after reaching 190. My usual eating time is at noon.
      When comes to meal I'm trying to use every day various vegetables and meats.
      So let's say today I will have a fried or cooked beef, broccoli, asparagus, carrot, red bits.
      Tomorrow I may have fish, with green leafy vegetables. I don't eat any carbs whatsoever, no sugar and no milk or cream to coffee.
      After meal I have my dessert time and eat handful of nuts;
      Brazilian nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds. and couple bars of no sugar chocolate.
      I'm getting up very early in the morning and my breakfast is;
      first a water with apple cider vinegar,
      then black coffee.
      I said that eat at noon but I don't want to fall to pattern and give my body sense of stability.
      I'm switching time sometimes ahead or before noon.
      That way my body is confused and have to use my body fat to produce cell a necessary fuel.
      I'm not counting calories or checking for vitimins percentage if that is enough fir every day, but I don't feel hungry or dizzy.
      If I feel hungry I have my carbonated water with pinch of himalayan salt and hunger is gone.
      Now I have reached my goal of 31 lbs on Aug 14 and I'm cheating, a bit. Eat some carbs two meals a day and it's been 60 days and I keep my weight at desire level.😊😊😊😊😊

    I’m someone who lost 40 lbs doing Keto. But I haven’t gained any back at all eating carbs again. As long as I keep my daily calories under 2000 a day the scale never goes up. I’ve even continue to lose while staying in a calorie deficit but it requires eating less than 1500 cals a day. So from my experience - do Keto to lose the weight. But once you lose what you want to lose you can go back to eating carbs as long as you keep your calories in check & you’ll be fine.

    No no's for belly fat:
    - Bananas
    - Flavoured yoghurt (whole, plain & sour is fine!)
    - Complex carbs (oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains)
    - Chocolate skim milk
    - Black beans, lentils (turns into higher levels of glucose once digested)
    It is all about how the foods affect insulin.
    The type of food despite of calories being the same has a much different effect on your body.

I was 268 I'm at 205 now and I found just eating right will make you lose weight faster than going to the gym but of course all three are extremely helpful in losing weight fast. So did research stopped wheat and dairy
    It's taken some time but now I'm in a good place, recently started the intermittent fasting and cold showers and never felt so good I've actually gained muscle mass which is something i always struggled with.
