i’m naturally skinny but not my cheeks, they just look obnoxiously round compared to my very slender body, and even more funnier they will get extra large after i eat something that requires chewing, this is like the only insecurity i have in my 24 years of existence. and i’m sold for this video.

I was born with chubby fat cheeks and still my face is fat and I had a double chin. I started exercising many times a week plus started eating very healthy and I cut off all the dairy, meat, I eat less sugar and salt and drink lot of water or sometimes have a moroccan tea as break. My face literally changed in better. Please girls don’t undergo these Fast procedures, you are just gonna ruin your natural face structure and beauty.. Eat healthy, exercise and less stress and you’ll be perfect!

hi again, I just had my buccal fat pad removed exactly a week ago, and even though I can't see the full potential result yet but I couldn't more happier that I just had it done after years long of carrying them around everywhere for half of my adult life.

@@kv6256 I am really pleased with the result at the moment even though the doctor said I will see the full result once I hit 6-7 months mark considering that I just hit my 3 months mark last week, I really can see my puffy/chubby face really tone down it puffiness now, like I don't really have to worry how my face going to look very chubby in the morning or after a night of consuming lot of alcohol even. and the recovering process was very easy for me from my experience, and the idea of having the surgery is maybe scary to some people but this one is like going to the dentist, it took only like 20 min and I drove myself right back home. I went back to eat normal food in less than 48 hours (but nothing sharp/hot). right after the surgery they gave me some painkillers for discomfort and I was so surprise the very small amount of pain I felt that day, it really wasn't much, but you might be find it hard to brush you teeth for the first week since the two areas are very sensitive and tender and stitches and stuffs but nothing difficult. and that's my experience of having this surgery done. and feel free to ask me anymore questions, I'm here to help.

I did this already and I’m on my second day of recovery. I can talk but very little because it hurts to say certain words.
Edit: It’s been 3 months and there’s a difference. My family has mentioned that they can see a bit more definition and my face looks slimmer. I noticed that there is a lot of a difference on my profile smile. It was the best decision I could make for my face. I recommend to those who are worried about having chubby cheeks. I look my age now (22) and am not self conscious when I smile thinking that my face will look even rounder :)
Update: It is July. I have seen two of my aunts and they both said I lost weight. I still weigh the same though 😂😁
2 years update: No regrets! I am still satisfied with the results. I don’t worry about how my cheeks will look in pictures and smile with my teeth. My face still looks round and young but doesn’t look as full as before. I still gain face fat when I gain pounds but don’t look more chubby than I did before. I’m still happy with the results 😁

I have these Nefertiti or "sunken"-ish cheeks and I don't understand why people with chubby cheeks would be upset. They look cute, make you look younger and overall healthier. *Unless you're overweight or severely obese*, there's not much reason to worry about facial fat (or body fat in general). Losing facial fat ages you up and can make you look emaciated or "plastic".
I was more upset with this when I was younger because my cheeks are so round and someone made a comment about my cheeks which made me self conscious. I'm nearly 30 and I lost some of it already so I think it's better if people wait it out before going for this procedure. 👍 It definitely ages better.
Right these people are nuts they're only young and hate their round cheeks. Older people who are like 50 regret it having taken buccal fat out. Wait till they reach 50 they'll regret it.

Hey I have a question does the fat grow back and also what about someone who has had jaw issues as in asymmetrical jaw,I feel the fat has shifted to the lower regions of my face compared to where it used to be is there any option or surgery to do something about this(as in move the fat back?)?sorry for the long questions.
Think the fat will 'grow' again if you put on weight. Shifting of fat to the lower regions eg jaws is mostly due to age. These can be corrected via facelifts etc.
Of course it won’t grow back. How will it grow if it’s removed? Fat cells never grow back once removed

@@c-lexis8747 sorry for the late reply ! exam season is so stressful atm :( & yes she goes to a university near my school and the doctors told her she had prognathism (when your jaw protrudes in a unusual manner) unfortunately theres nothing much they can do but give her numbing cream, shes not that insecure abt it and actually embraced it but i stuck with the jaw exercises and now im happier than ever !

Insane. I realize each person has the right to make their own decision. However, I believe one should investigate short and long term anatomical effects of this surgery. Why was buccal fat placed there in the first place? How many surgeons have theirs removed? Are there cases which “benefit” from surgery? Bottom line, if it’s not “aesthetically”or medically necessary, just think rationally about this procedure.

If u have a big chin and it doesn’t have anything to do with medical issues(unhealthy lifestyle) trust me u don’t want to do this surgery. It has many complications and u will be left with scars. It is also very expensive. I recommend that you drink a lot and I mean a LOT of water daily and start doing chin exercises and change ur life habits. It might take some time but trust me it is way better than artificially removing the fat and u feel so good emotionally. Ik it seems hard but trust me I changed my ways and lost a lot of weight. You can do this never give up hope.😁

My guy. I think almost everybody would rather take any measures other than plastic surgery. But if they are considering plastic surgery, it is probably because those other measures are ineffective. Take me for instance, I have chubby cheeks with little definition. This is not because I am fat or because I eat poorly. I’m 6’0 180 lbs, 20% body fat, but my cheeks look like they belong on a child because they hold so much fat. Sure, I could possibly lose between 5-10 lbs of fat and see a little bit of definition, but at the end of the day my cheeks are always going to be genetically predisposed to disproportionate chubbiness. The only way people like myself can legitimately fix this issue is by undergoing some sort of procedure to artificially remove it.
