I’m confused. Do they do this from inside? How is it possible to do all that? I think they would open the skin and stitch it back after finished...
it is possible tho the nose skins are pulled up till a halfway between the nasal bone and the tip of the nose, it needs a lot experience and precise skills.

I even don't have a perfect nose like the noses in before photograph . I have a snub nose with visible nostrils even viewed from top angle and it make a mess !! 😰in friend group photos where everyone has sharp and Greek noses. I am wishing to have noses like their before photo noses . 😔😅😅😅

@@xpoz9634 not horrible. id say the most painful part for me was the day I got my cast off. as long as you stay on painkillers it's not so bad. I rate the pain 4/10.

Indians . We always obsessed with stupid body fixings and White skin .whites. They may have sharp perfect noses according to the fashion world they created . If Indians were the base of todays fashion world , whites would do surgery to look alike us . If Africans were the base , every one would do surgery to resemble their nose .Just understand at whole world we are very very unique people . North Indians look alike middle easterners and Some Kashmiris resemble caucasians . East Indians are Mongolians , some south Indians resemble like africans , some south Indians look alike north Indians . We were all very mixed race because we are in very close relationships ,so that foreigners gave their daughters and accepted our daughters as their family before other civilizations began . Ohter countries like Cuba experience the mixed race only now after they observed the mixing of people with other races for 200years .

No it is only a procedure of inserting a sharp knife in your nose and taking out the bone And stitch the skin over it by hand of the surgeon . And the main thing is the paper u signed which says that "I ready to get that . If i died by this surgery or any permanent side effects happened the surgeon is not responsible " .

This is a serious nose job. Be very careful when you select the doctor. A nose job is an art within an art. Some doctors only do nose jobs, and if your are getting a complicated one like this, go to the specialist.

If you're under general anesthesia, you breathe through a ventilator, if it's local anesthesia, you can still breathe , there's no problem, your nose still works

The photo of the real lady, she looked better before. The new nose looks too obvious like it was a nose job. Not attractive. The man looked fine with his original nose but I must say after the surgery he looked even better.
