family(khandani) main agar motapa ho toh kya krna chahy q k mainy diet kr k bhi dekha or exercise bhi doctor sy bhi consult kya but koi farq nahi parha doctors ny kaha k khandani motapa nahi khatam hota na ka'am hota hai
meri diet(subah khusk roti salan k sath chai nahi peeti or raat ko bhi yehi din main kuch nahi leti student hon college main break nahi hoti or chuti k baad kuch khany ko dil nahi krta

I have lost my weight almost 4 or 5 times but the rule is quite simple a two or three liner rule. I remove oily things i.e rice, sugar, fats from my life whenever i need to lose my weight, believe you me within a month or two i lose almost 10 Kg and once i remember i lost 18 kg with same procedure in 2004 and later on after every two or three years I lose my weight. This time recently i lost almost 10 kgs following the same routine. Losing weight is not a rocket science. It needs strong will-power. Set rules for your life and follow them by hook or crook. Once I set a rule for my diet, I hardly break it. Once i decided to remove three things (Sugar, rice, fats) from my life, I act upon it come what may. One of my students lost 25 kg but she also followed strict routine. Right now I am maintaining my reduced weight by eating normal dinner and breakfast but during the lunch I eat a Chapati with curry.

@@asifatahir7903 Right now I have got nearly my target weight. My current diet is 2 or 3 pieces of Bread in the morning and tea without sugar. Afternoon I eat my lunch at almost 2:PM 1 & Half Roti (Desi atay ki) with curry , sometimes onion or salad is included. After my lunch i eat just one green apple which is good for digestion. At 4:30 a cup of tea without sugar and something light like a biscuit or two etc. At night almost at 9:Am I just take a cup of milk or sometimes half or quarter chapati with curry. (Salan).
This summer of 2021 I drank a lot of lemonade which also helped in my weight loss. But when I once determined to lose weight quickly , I remove oily things , rice and sugar from my diet. I just eat a chapati or half and drink a lot of water. salad mixed in yogurt. Through this methodology i quickly reduced my weight almost 6 to 8 kg or sometimes if i am much strict to myself then it goes to 10 kg a month. One of my cousin who is homeopathic doctor, reduces 10 kg in 10 days just by using only lemonade or water, nothing else other than it. But everybody has his own body chemistry. We need to keep a close eye on our body changes during weight loss as it is a sensitive issue. A slight change should be considered seriously and better to consult a doctor or slight change or pain.
