This weight loss diet chart along with my fat-burning drinks or combo might exactly be what you need to give your metabolism a boost and reduce weight faster. This homemade mixture which is made up of all-natural ingredients (chia seeds, herbs, cinnamon,) with warm water will make you feel full faster, your skin will look clear, your craving for sweets and desserts will decrease, your clothes will fit you better, suppressing your appetite, and gives your weight loss plan a boost and surely help you lose weight faster, especially belly fat or tummy fat and thigh fat. You do not have to take unhealthy weight loss pills, liposuction, or any other beauty treatment or procedure. The feeling of fullness leads to a lower calorie intake and thus, weight loss in a healthy way! Every year before summer starts I make a balanced healthy diet in which I can eat everything and yet manage to lose weight without gym. This is actually a lifestyle change. But the hardest thing about this temporary diet is that it needs motivation to last long and make it a habbit. I always do this diet but give up around fall/winter. Again I start between Spring/Summer. So this diet plan of Ghazal works if you maintain a healthy lifestyle even with less physical activity. My goal for this year is to make this diet a lifestyle and not stop when I lose weight.
