روز صبح وقت ہر اٹھ کر جو نماز پڑھ لے قران پڑھ لے ہلکی پھلکی واک کر لے وہ صحت مند ھے
Beshak bilkul sahe kaha aap ny, Allahpak ham sab musalmano ku nimaz or quranpak pharny ki tufeq ata farmaye Aameen
1-Namaz perna regularly
2-To awake up and to go to sleep as per the Sun rise and sit
3-To drink as much pure water and to eat as much food accordingly your body demands w.r.t.time
4-Always think positively not negatively
5-if you feel some problem in your body,you first must observe that signal of reason then to avoid such a situation
6-At least usage of medicine that will be used on only immergency case
7-The whole drainage system of the human body must be used as per human requirements.
8-Do'nt complian with anyone against the award given by God.But be content on which you are awarded.
9-Avoid all the eatable things that are refined in the factories.
10- Always use natural food.

بی بی ۔۔۔ اچھی معلومات۔۔لیکن قرآن شریف میں حکیم لقمان کے ذکر کے مطابق ۔پیاز کا استعمال ظہر کے وقت ۔ بہت مفید ۔۔۔ جبکہ رات کو ہاضمے کا مسلہ نہی بلکہ منہ کی بد بو کا مسلہ ۔ ۔۔لوگ رات کو گوشت سالن ہضم کر لیتے ہیں ۔ پیاز معمولی چیز۔۔۔۔۔مذید: ہر کھانے کے بعد تقریبا اسی قدم چہل قدمی ( گھر کے برآمدے میں ) بہت مفید ۔۔۔۔بلڈ پریشر کو متوازن رکھنے کے لئے اجوائن اور زیرہ کی ایک چونٹی پانی کے ساتھ ۔ مفید ۔۔۔چینی کی بجائے گڑ ( jaggery) کا استعمال بہت اہم ۔
