Incase of drinking water I think it's not good to drink immediately after eating fruits etc.

No doubt Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because u need energy when u wake up and to break the fast... Breakfast should be nutritious so that it can give u energy all day and boost ur mind
Most important meal of the day is the meal that you have the fact that breakfast is important was advertised by cereal companies. You can go back a hundred years and see there was no concept of breakfast.
@@muhammadhamzaqureshi no i strongly disagree with you because u need energy when you wake up, u need vitmains minerals for brain and body to perform well otherswise u may have brain fog and concentration problems . So breakfast is vital meal. I know that some companies are promoting their goods behind that fact. Cereals are injurious to health i agree with you. But we should eat good healthy organic foods in breakfast.
If you take paratha with egg then why not cook egg with some desi ghee...what's the harm. I believe doing this even more nutrient dense. Secondly Dr. Sb..Almonds have no omega 3 fatty acids

پچھلے چار مہینوں سے میں یہ ناشتہ کر رہا ہوں۔۔۔۔۔۔
صبح اٹھتے ہی ایک گلاس پانی۔۔۔ پھر شیو، ٹوتھ برش اور نہانے تک تقریباً آدھا گھنٹہ لگ جاتا ہے اس کے بعد ایک عدد سیب۔۔۔ دو عدد کیلے۔۔ تین کھجوریں۔۔۔ تین کاجو۔۔۔ پانچ یا سات بادام رات کے بھگوئے ہوئے۔۔۔۔ اور ایک چھوٹا باؤل دہی اور اس کے علاوہ جو بھی پھل ہو۔۔۔۔
اور پھر آفس میں ایک دو بجے دوپہر کا کھانا
جب سے ناشتہ میں روٹی اور سالن چھوڑا ہے سکون ہوگیا ہے اور چاک وچوبند رہتا ہوں۔۔۔ روٹی اور سالن سے سارا دن سستی اور پیٹ میں بھاری پن ہی ختم نہیں ہوتا تھا
