What is the most important part of melting fat?
The first step of cutting belly fat is to work on your dietary protocol. Indirect intake of sugar in the form of cereals, brown bread, brown sugar, oats etc. increases carbohydrates and hence, insulin resistance in the body. Fat has a high tendency to accumulate on our belly. Hence, any recklessness in diet leads to increased belly fat.

Another important part of melting belly fat is exercise. Strength training, high density double training, and compound exercises are crucial to weight loss.
If you want to reduce belly fat, you must also take care of your eating patterns. Intuitive eating, stress eating and late night munching are destructive eating habits.

bass food quantity kam kar dain plus also eat only maximum two meals in a day. Stop junk food at all cost. Eat more chicken, whole eggs, take unsweetend yogurt, sleep well, drink more water, use less sugar and milk in ur tea, do belly exercises, dont take any stress, relax and enjoy life

I found intermittent fasting the most effective. Did 17-hours of intermittent fasting for 30 days and lost 7 KG without doing any exercise or special diet.

@@mariyamsohail8784 You can start with 8-10 hrs fasting and gradually increase number of hrs every week. Keep it simple, don't add any fancy diet plans to complicate it.
Here is a simple plan for anyone to follow:
Breakfast 8am: only 1-2 egg omelette.
Dinner 8pm: 1 chapati with Chicken Curry or salan of your choice.
During fasting you can only take water and black coffee or green tea without sugar.
Avoid sugar in any form through out your intermittent fasting journey.
Your body will start loosing weight as fast as in 3 days.
Measure your weight once a week (not daily) to check progress.

You can’t spot reduce fat. Fat is proportional throughout the body. The only way is
- Eat in a Calorie Deficit
- Proper Diet with 40% Protein
- Resistance Training
- Brisk Walking 10,000 Steps
- Enough Sleep

*Eat less* (be in diet)along with Intermittent fasting for 6 days a week and eat normal 7th day.
