- The Colorado Rockies are stuck in a bad spot. In a division they've never won in their 30 year history and it's not getting any easier. The Dodgers have Shohei and others with an endless payroll, the Diamondbacks just won the NL and have a young team only getting better, and the Padres have major star power themselves.
So it's time to try something completely new to try and overcome these odds: A Draft Only Rebuild.
A staple of the channel, the Draft Only Rebuild challenges us to build the team up using only the Rookie and Rule 5 drafts after we tear down the ENTIRE 40 man roster after the first season.
One major twist added for this year: Trades. I am allowing 3 trades in this series, but only for prospects, and only for one prospect per trade. So we will need to time them right and make sure they hit to ensure we don't waste them.

Nice to see Salas and Do contribute. Early series additions that have really seemed to pan out. Dorsey may have the quiet bat (his leadoff hit in the 9th did turn into a run) but his pitching really settled things after that abysmal Game 1 pitching performance. His World Series MVP will come on a multi-home run game to win the series! GOAT!!!!
For sure nice to get that kind of contribution from the bottom of the lineup. Dorsey was also key to the win.

I was scared for Dorsey facing this Yankees line up 😳 but he did well! Bullpen showed up as well. Great game!
Dorsey pitched an awesome game and we definitely needed it.

Are Brown's ratings much better than Do's? With Do's speed and his consistency (especially with all the doubles he's been hitting), he seems to be the perfect lead-off hitter.
Browns contact is much better than Dos. He’s got almost 20 contact vs righties and about 35 contact vs lefties on Do. Do has the better power
In my own franchise, the giants drafted a 90 ovr pitcher with 86 pot. Do you know how rare that build is and should I make him a 99 potential player to see his career?
It’s pretty rare. I’ve seen other people find similar players but I haven’t found any myself in this game. I’d at least bump his potential to something in the 90s
