Then, of course, there was what Iosef perceived as a sleight against him, as if everyone should instinctively fear him. And of course, let’s not forget how Iosef murdered John’s puppy days after the death of his wife, the same puppy that his wife gifted him so he would have someone to help him with his grief.

Yeah Scott was OK but they made him super comic relief guy. Impossible to take him seriously at all despite him having some pretty kickass feats to his name

I don't understand how they could do such good de-aging in 2015 but then we end up with the monstrosity that is Indiana Jones 5 de-age in 2023.
Like this was so good, he looks like the same age he was when he did Falling Down. It's nearly flawless.

Same thing happened with Robert De Niro in the Irishman, they tried to make him look like he was in his thirties but he still looked like an elderly man just without grey hair

A lot of what makes this scene work is not the CGI but Michael Douglas' acting - he is moving and speaking like a younger man and that's what makes the de-aging work!

@@howardbeatman2820 good point. I thought the de-aging looked good for the new Indiana Jones. Another good example was luke Skywalker in the book of boba fett series.

@@howardbeatman2820 While I agree that he is definitely acting it right, its also obvious that the CG guys did a flawless job here too. I took a course in CGI so I know what to look for somewhat. The CGI guys definitely deserve the credit here.

They made a good point. Pym particles would have a 1000 more useful applications than playing soldier. Imagine curing diseases like cancer by studying it up close or making leaps in stellar travel by making smaller spaceships to fit more astronauts

Specifically with cancer you could go into the body and destroy the tumor without having to harm the body or you could just shrink it into the quantum realm

Honestly the only villain I see in the Marvel Cinematic Universe who has never been snapped Away by Thanos and is also the last living tentacle of Hydra is Mitchell Carson. But something even tells me that in Captain America New World Order he is definitely going to die maybe at the hands of either the Red Hulk or the leader. Praise Harrison Ford for taking on the role as the Red Hulk
