So what if we take whey with water in post workout along with peanut butter with bread toast as peanut butter has fat content in it which will slowdown our protein absorption?
Unless someone is fasting the previous day, only in that case body will go in catabolic state, else the protein rich food we ate yesterday will keep on getting digested(takes almost 24-48 hours for food to digest and get transferred into blood) and will give a consistent release of aminos

One thing to keep in mind is that if we mix whey protein in boiling milk then instead of mixing the milk will go bad and paneer and water content will seperate so always mix whey in normal, cold or luke warm milk only.
