    The first story had an update: OP told the boss’s daughter and is filing for divorce, the husband and friends have been fired and are having charges brought up about it. Ironically, when OP told her parents, they said they are on the husband’s side and it’s “not worth ruining the marriage over”. However, the husband’s parents are firmly on OP’s side.

      Perhaps OP and her ex should trade parents if her in-laws are siding with her but her own family isn't. Chances are they're just as disgusting as he is. They already are for supporting him but it might actually be worse than that.

    So there was another update about ten days ago going over what else happened after she told her boss' daughter and left and this is just the TL;DR. To start, OP went through everything with the boss' daughter and made a very detailed HR report about everything. They know not much will come from it but they do plan on going to the police anyway, that she'll take with her father on OP's behalf, and that everyone else involved will be held on until everything makes its way to the top then fire them on the spot with no reference or experience certificate. OP then went to a lawyer about divorce and was told that it would be an easy case since nothing is joint.
    As for the STB ex, he was blocked by OP but he went around lying to everyone including OP's family to get them on his side. Unfortunately, even though she told them the truth, just about everyone minus her MIL and FIL were on his side and gaslighting and shaming her to not leave him. They all think that *planning* *to* *assault* *someone* is not enough grounds to end a relationship.
    Lastly, the day before the update, the boss' daughter called in everyone with some police and fired them as she had mentioned. I think she had the police there for intimidation and for the police to have their faces so everyone should be safe. OP is now staying with a friend, she's looking for a new apartment, and the STB ex might have to move in with his parents who are currently angry at him so she's surviving.

    On the downside, OPs family is not taking her side - they, especially her mom, are angry with her for being a divorcee and embarrassing the family instead of sweeping it under the rug.

      This makes me think there's likely a lot that OP has gone through that she thought was "normal"... That wasn't really normal... "embarrassing the family"? Instead of, oh idk, sitting and suffering a horrible sexist husband, who is a potential R-word-ist? Who is palling with other people of that nature? Who has set intricate "revenge" fantasies that are of that nature?

    Story 1: No, this is NOT 'him trying to release the desire', this was him actively feeding a mania about this girl causing him to fall much deeper down the rabbit hole. The correct sort of thing would be to pull away from the 'temptation', by not interacting with the girl in anything but a professional sense, and even then keep contact to a minimum. Whether he would actually do these things or not, he was NOT trying to fix this situation.

      I disagree. In so far as even reducing contact to a professional level wouldn't help. It is like letting a bottle of booze or a baggy full of heroin sitting in front of an addict. In substance abuse alone the smell or sight of the addictive substance can lead to relapse. Same goes for obsessive behaviour over people. Especially if you have no support network involved in the recovery process to fall back on. The right move if possible would be to seek psychiatric help and looking for a new job.

    In the mid 00's my boss's daughter took an unhealthy obsession with ME. She was 14 at the time, and I was 25, so even if she weren't the boss's kid that would've just been a terrible idea. Daddy issues, a princess complex, and had entirely too many wardrobe malfunctions when I was around. (Stupid ones too. "Oops, my entire bra somehow fell out of my shirt as I was walking past." I guess was supposed be a version of the "dropped handkerchief" thing, but really it made me think of that scene in Zoolander where Ben Stiller gave himself an atomic wedgie trying to remove his underwear without removing his pants.) Fortunately enough of the guys knew about her and her strange obsession with me and were very careful to always have my back any time she tried stuff like leaving a flavored condom in my bag, but ultimately the threat of having some teenager ruin my life through some allegation was too much and I ended up quitting.

It's Not the Gender of a person that Decides This, it's the Character of That Person that Does! This is all while Op’s husband was taking overtime and trying to spend as much time in the office as possible.
    With the amount of times he tried to say he never hurt anyone, it makes me think he and/or one of the others might’ve been planning to do _something_ sooner or later. I get the sense that either him and/or his buddies were taking that overtime because they were either planning to act or, for lack of better words, working up the ‘courage’ to do it.

    • @heinzkitzvelvet
      @heinzkitzvelvet Před 8 měsíci

      Premeditated what? Also, "stalking" Is defined as;
      "the act or crime of willfully and repeatedly following or harassing another person in circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to fear injury or death especially because of express or implied threats."
      Now, this girl had no clue these guys were even looking at her.
      She did NOT fear injury.
      She did NOT fear death.
      There were NO express or implied threats.
      You can't just throw words like "premeditated" & "stalker" around without know what the hell you're talking about. It was harmless fun guys have.

    Small update for the 2nd story just based on OP's responses: she's setting up a consultation with a lawyer and in the meantime is trying to act normal though she is thoroughly disgusted every time her husband touches her. OP's niece says the oral only happened once and another time he put his hands down her pants and tried to have sex with her but she told him she was on her period. Niece's husband thought she was having an affair with OP's husband and flipped out on OP b/c he thought OP was okay with it so niece is going to take a polygraph to prove she is not lying. OP believes her though. She also emphasizes the niece was not a minor when this happened

    With story 2 you always need to be sceptical of all clames like that without evidence. If there is no evidence confront the husband in a place that can be recorded. Make sure there is no possible motive to lie.
    Unfortunately there are scum that lie about this so you need to treat the claims with care and kindness but reasonable scepticism

    • @TheMadagascarqueen
      @TheMadagascarqueen Před 7 měsíci

      Thankfully there was an update. Op warned the boss's daughter and Op is divorcing her. Charges are pressed against the husband and his friends. When OP told her parents, they were against the divorce. "It's not worth getting a divorce over😒." Thankfully, the (soon ex) husband's parents are on OP side

      There's an update to that story. And it seems OP was right. Her family took the route of " it's not worth ruining a marriage over" and "think how it'd ruin the family's reputation".
      One good thing tho, it seems the husband's parents are atleast taking OPs side.

    Story 1 actually reminds me of this joke in the musical of Beetlejuice when a business partner of Charles sees Lydia for the first time and she's all smiley in this yellow dress to pretend she's not made a plan with the ghosts to ruin the dinner party. Anyway, Maxie turns to her dad and asks why he's been hiding his daughter - is he worried Maxie will marry her? Out of context, it's just a throwaway line, but it's actually foreshadowing for the second act where she is almost forced to get married (keep in mind she's no older than fifteen).

      There already an update - she told the daughter, who went to the police. All the guys were fired. OP is divorcing her husband and his parents are on her side. Sadly though, her parents are mad at her for getting a divorce and ‘embarrassing the family’. All in all it’s exactly the conclusion you’d want.

    The first story is just crazy!! I'm so glad that OP went through with it and told the bosses daughter!! What OP's Ex did HAS to be illeagel! It's disgusting, for sure!! I would not hesitate ONE second if I saw sth like that on my partners device!! I mean, don't get me wrong, someone can have "naughty pictures" on their device! But only if the person who is IN the pictures knows about that and gave consent!! Talking in a group Chat about r*ping phantasies is just.. Wrong!! That could go sideways really fast! Poor girl! Imagine she worked with OP's Ex ALONE in the office because they both worked overtime! He could have "lost" his "control"! I'm feeling sick just fearing that! OP did just the right thing by revealing it.. It's just SICK! and I hope these guys get a criminal record for that or sth!

    I love lots of things.
    Tanks, beer, boobs, cats, landscape shots, etc.
    I have no folders with thousands of images of any of these.
    But you always hear stories that when pervs get caught with stuff like CP, it's literal terabytes of images. Like the 5492th wasn't enough. Had to get one more.

    A very important paragraph thst he left out, and that is written before the sentence starting with "When we were leaving." Here is the skipped paragraph that I believe is important:
    13:50
    The thing is, since nothing physical happened, I know the police won't take it seriously 90% of the times, with the only possible time they might take it seriously is if the girl herself took action, so I intend to give her all of what I have, and let her proceed with whatever actions she chooses to take there. I do wish I had waited to talk to lawyers before taking things this far, but the fear and emotions had me wrapped up and I just ended up taking action. It seems to have worked out, but I don't know. Husband seemed pretty defeated today. But considering how little it feels like I know him, I honestly can't tell with him anymore. I will see how things play out, and maybe do one final update. But from my understanding, things will probably just end with a divorce and him getting fired. Still, thank you all for the help, even just snapping me into action.

    Coming from someone with dark fantasies, this guy in story 1's outlet is definitely NOT harmless. That chat room is outright stalking this girl & being very obsessive about it. From the way they are talking & escalating, they will eventually end up actually doing something to that girl, they are constantly feeding their fantasies to a dangerous degree & tentatively starting to float plots. That, & the fact they have been taking photos of her without her consent is a massive red flag.
