    I installed a Cycle Stop Valve in my home in March, 2015.
    Set it to work with a 30 to 50 PSI system, and recently changed to 40 - 60 PSI when I got a new well pump to replace a 40-year old pump.
    The CSV has worked perfectly ever since installation.
    Never even took it apart to clean it.
    Back then I suggested to you, via emails, how to make your videos better. Good job!

      Thank you! Your review of our CSV is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, many of our first customers from the early 90's are no longer around to tell us how good the CSV is still working. I am sure the CSV will make your pump system last as long as many of our first test cases, which are still running.
      Your help and suggestions on the videos is also greatly appreciated as video making is quite a struggle for an old well driller like me. 😁

    Cary. You are a true gentleman and professional. You spent countless time with me on the phone years ago listening to my well problems. My Cycle Stop Valve has been great, maintenance-free and works exactly as advertised. The only reason this video popped up on my feed now is because I am refreshing myself on this product as I need to get another one soon for another home. You will be hearing from me again soon. Thanks for everything.

      Thank you very much! It would be good if you could post that on some of the 13 videos "Larry" made about the CSV. He has me blocked and also deletes replies from anyone that tries to correct his misguided delusions of how pumps work. I am not sure Larry is still alive as he has not deleted or replied to several people who corrected him in the last year or so like he usually does. I was worried there was something wrong with him as he obviously wasn't thinking correctly when he made all those inaccurate videos. But even if he is no longer alive CZcams will never take down his liable and slanderous videos because they get more clicks for fake news than real news.

      You're welcome. I'll post on a few more. But I hate giving his videos "clicks".
      Talked to Sam yesterday by the way. He helped me out with a new order. I'll try and shoot and post a video on the project I am working on when the new unit comes in.

      @@DieselMike Thanks again! Don't think he is getting credit for the clicks anymore. Maybe his wife is getting them. I don't think he is alive anymore or he would have deleted what you posted. Until about a year ago he deleted every post where someone rightfully contradicted him. I guess those 13 videos will forever be his legacy. I would hate to be remembered for being so wrong and have made so many videos to prove it. 🥴

    Customer here, best plumbing purchase I have ever made, works as advertised! So many benefits, steady water pressure throughout the house, no more dimming lights when the pump continually cycled, pressure washer is usable as there is no more pressure drop at the large tank we used to have. Install was simple and straight forward. Oh, and nearly instant hot water!

      Thank You! He could be jealous that he didn't think of it first, or he could just be crazy. Usually when someone won't even call and discuss it with me they really don't want to hear the facts. They just want to hide behind their computer and cause as much trouble as possible. I guess I should be flattered that I am famous enough to have a Troll after me. Lol! Either way he is an angry, bitter, little man. He couldn't have a conscience or he wouldn't be able to live with himself for lying like that or for being so rude and hateful, which is a sign of crazy ASPD. I have someone in my family with that condition, so like some people have a 6th sense that can see dead people, I can easily spot a sociopath. They don't trust people and call others liars, con artist, scammers, because that is what/who they are, and they are trying to "project" their bad qualities onto someone else. Textbook ASPD.

    I use one, and even monitor my pump current as part of a overall pump monitoring system I have in place. You are correct that as the CSV is working the current to the pump does lessen. Those who debate the function of this valve seem to be doing so on the premise that the pump uses more power because it's running more, without considering the current drop.

    • @cyclestopvalves8380

      Thanks. Yeah it is pretty easy to look at an amp meter and see the amps go down when the CSV starts working. But some have already made up their tiny minds and don't want to be confused with the facts. They won't look at an amp meter, put a amp meter on a different kind of pump, or stop a fan blade with their finger. Thing they say things like, "goes against the laws of physics," "like one foot on the gas and one on the brake'", even "like dragging a ball and chain". And they call me a liar? You can't make this stuff up. Lol!

      Thank you! It is unbelievable that youtube allows this guy to call me a liar, con artist, and many other things. Anyone who has tried a CSV or knows how pumps work understands it is the best thing you can do for your pump and delivers strong constant pressure to the house in the process.

    I don't understand how they can't understand the usefulness of a cycle stop valve. I like the analogy of a car on the freeway using less energy and running cooler compared to a car stopping and going in the city.

    • @cyclestopvalves8380
      @cyclestopvalves8380  Před 3 měsíci +1

      The Cycle Stop Valve prevents the stop/start like city driving which is like having an automatic transmission for your pump that lets you use water anyway you want, without the continual stop and go of the old pressure tank system.

  • @marshalllog
    @marshalllog Před rokem +1

    I guess you need to give them an example they might understand. Take an electric leaf blower, has a given voltage supplied to it and a target rpm for the motor. When you cover the discharge, rpm increases lowering the demand for the blower/energy draw. Which creates a rpm increase in the motor. The motor is working less and can almost achieve the set rpm.

    • @cyclestopvalves8380
      @cyclestopvalves8380  Před rokem

      I know right? It really is that simple. I don't know why someone who claims to be an engineer cannot figure out that amps drop when the flow of a centrifugal pump is restricted. Leaf blower, blow drier, vacuum cleaner, almost anything similar to centrifugal pump will do the same. The misconception that VFD's are good for pumps and are the only way to reduce the amp draw is costing people of the world 27 billion dollars a year. The VFD is the best tool ever devised to further manufacturers planned obsolescence and keep the cash flowing through these big corporation. I am all for capitalism and profit, but not at the expense of the average person being hoodwinked.

      Thanks for the kind words. I am not happy that CZcams lets this guy post all that false information about my product and even call me a liar and a con artist. CZcams gets more clicks for fake news than real news so they are encouraging disinformation. Some people just latch onto any negative information they can find. Seems like the less reliable the source the more they believe it. Lol!

    Maybe this is a repetitive question, but are your valves/ kits recommended for a home that has evaporative cooler?

    • @cyclestopvalves8380
      @cyclestopvalves8380  Před 3 měsíci +1

      They work great with things like evap coolers. If the flow needed is less than 1 GPM a little larger pressure tank is needed, like 20-40 actual gallon size (5-10 gallon draw) . But on large cooler systems where the demand is more than 1 GPM, the small tank is all that is needed.

Guy is off his rocker! But CZcams will never take his misinformation, slander, and liable statements off their site, as they get many times more clicks for fake news than real news. Never trust CZcams!! Do your own research.

      Haters gonna hate, And like you said, you just can't fix stupid😂 But seriously, Thank you for all the excellent info! Can't wait to try out this new system, my mother's CU301 w/ sqe pump lasted for 15years w/ out issue until now. Pump took a crap, decided to change to CSV, Jesus those Grundfos pumps are expensive! So far, I've spent only about half of what a new pump would've cost me, on basically a whole new system. Can't wait to get it up and running, Thanks again!
