This performance is criminally underrated. Vocals (both marco and floor are mesmerizing), drums, guitars, stage show, effects, lights. Just amazing.

I had completely stopped listening to Nightwish since Tarja's departure. I discovered Floor last month. I can not stop listening to it anymore. Her voice is incredible.

Yes, but the mystic sound left with Tarja, and it's not necessary anymore. Floor does a killer job here, and I'm not even a fan of her doing stuff from the first three albums, this is an exception.
Nightwish really struck gold when they got Floor in the band. People thought nobody could dethrone Tarja. I personally feel Floor has done it after being proven time and time again whenever she handles the classics.

IMHO, Tarja doesn't need to be dethroned. We just needed an epic singer, not a copy of Tarja. And we got it! Floor is amazing! Why the need to compare, when you can listen to both? I prefer Floor, but there will always be people who mourn after Tarja. And that's OK. Whenever I feel the need to hear a song with Tarja, I just do. But this doesn't stop me from loving Floor's versions.

I admit I hadn't heard a version of Floor doing this live, yet, since they didn't play this one in Philly last year. But every time I hear these classic songs with Floor's live twist, I fall in love with them again. There is so much to enjoy about the original and this live production. Just beautiful.
Hannah Purnell they definitely played it in Philadelphia last year 😉. I was there, and it was one of the highlights for me. The only songs Philadelphia didn’t get that this DVD will have is Deep Silent Complete and Amaranth.
I actually have video footage of them performing this in Philly. This and Dead Boy's Poem were my favorite performances during the show.
Yeah, I was so devastated by how crappy their first replacement for Tarje was, but Floor rules.

There probably is a camera that always focuses on Floor (when recorded like this) - but for the sake of underlining the intensity of the song to the viewers quick cuts between different angles do the trick. But also, are you telling me you'd rather see Floor when Marco is singing (or uh, singtalking)?

2:11 GODLY breath control. Tarja made it seem so natural because her vocals were always out of this world. But because Floor plays so much with her vocals is just creates that much more of a BANG when she does it, like daaaamn. Love you both to bits! If every phenomenal singer in the world would just sing Tuomas' songs, I would literally not listen to any other music. And I just LOVE Floor's body language throughout that she's like, op op, up up, wait for it guys, wait for it, hah you thought I forgot about the last part, nailed it, then proceeds to jam style on the riff that was fantastic.

The whole song is a masterpiece, without any doubt. But jesus, this duet on 2:33... i can't even describe it with words. The "evil" on Marco's voice and the anger and anguish on the Floor's side. Goosebumps.

I have to admit that since Floor joined the band I rarely listen to the old songs with Tarja. Floor is giving them so much life , she is so versatile. I love Marcos Voice in this song , he truly seems to have transformed into the Devil himself the past years. Kai is a beast on the drums ( I still miss Jukka , but Kai is doing great ) , And Tuomas and Emppu just look so happy to play these old songs again, it's pure joy to watch this.

I've only discovered Nightwish earlier this year. Sure, I heard a couple of songs many years ago, but was underwhelmed; I couldn't comprehend the fans' rabid obsession, and I was in a different stage on my ever-evolving musical journey. But this? *This* is incredible. I finally think I'm beginning to understand the true love and adoration that Nightwish fans hold in their hearts.

They released "Once" when I was a teenager, and I remember enjoying to watch Nemo's video on MTV, and that's it, never heard anything related to Nightwish anymore. Now as a 30+ man, I ocasionally listened to Nemo again in a random Deezer playlist and it ringed the bell instantly. The nostalgia tickled my curiosity to other songs, and BANG! A year later, I am completely obsessed with the band, and with a ticket in hands to watch them in Rio de Janeiro.
Tuomas don't you ever think about kicking Floor out of the band. Ever. She is the best thing that has happened to the band for, like, years...
Harry Kiriakopoulos Tuomas could put together Nightwish 2 and you will be powerless when you hear it.
Tuomas has said: ”If Floor is not with Nightwish, there is no Nightwish anymore!” So lets hope she stays for eternity because her leaving the band means no more Nightwish magic.
