The AI and physic in game get messed up cause of fps so keep the fps in 30 or at most 60 above that the game is not playable

The map was kinda' meh. Had virtually no elevation and lots of wide open spaces with nothing going on, it also started the GTA trend of making your map just be a city floating in the middle of the ocean which pisses me off to this day.
