    Love meatloaf! but never tried to smoke it. As soon as the weather warms up and the snow is melted from my backyard deck, I'm on it. Will try this recipe. I also have a recipe I got from a friend that comes from her German ancestors and dates back to the late 1800's so I will try to smoke that one too. Thanks for another great video and for the inspiration.
