Thanks Jeff - Being a camper, this grill resonates well with me. - You often see a version of this unit on almost half of the campsites.
This next generation seems to add a lot of needed convenience features, especially high heat. - The rotisserie would be out of the park!
The only thing it doesn't have is dual zone cooking (sad, because rearranging the burners would have been simple and effective) - Cheers!
I agree Garry!!! Great pit but 2 zone cooking is still going to be tricky!!! Hopefully they eventually come out with a portable grill that could split up the burners!!! But out of all the gas grills I am in the process reviewing right now, this one might stay in my arsenal for a while!!! Thanks for watching brother!!!

Nice review for high heat but would like to see you do some low and slow cooking and temps.
Well as far as 2 zone cooking, that is still going to be kind of tricky!! But as far as grilling, it did a great job. If I remember correctly it runs pretty hot so for real low temp cooking, this is not the right pit to do that. Thanks for watching!!

Can you use the small portable propane tanks for tail gating? I don’t want to drag a 20lb tank.
Yes you can!
They have a 5lb type 1 LP tank you can buy @ Ace Hardware, 13" H x 8" W. I have one I'm a Plumber, I can unscrew my Turbo Torch and use it for my grill.
I saw you remove the shelves and slide them into a slot, but can they also fold into the dome or fold down to the sides like previous models? Thanks!
I don't think you can store them in the bowl but honestly I never tried!! They showed on the manual to store them in the slots below. Thanks for watching!!

the Q series has been my goto since 2015. bought one for tailgating and ended up buying the 3200 for home. 10/10 best grill if you not feeding 5+ people every night.
