I love your channel so much! I have pretty severe EDS with several issues that make working out soooo hard (bad wrists, knees, hips, CCI,...) so after a long break from movement that left me in even more pain I recently discovered your channel and have been working out to your videos for a little over a month now. I'm feeling stronger and more stable and I'm motivated and looking forward to working out with you every day. Today I felt like a no-talking workout (sometimes I get overwhelmed because, surprise, I also have sensory issues) so I tried someone else and oh boy, did that bring me back to my old ways of hating workouts and in the process hating my body. My whole body was dysfunctional and in pain within 3 minutes so I immediately came back to you and everything is fine now, loving the movement, loving my body

Hey Jessica how often would you suggest to do these?
I read in several articles online to start doing these exercises 3 times a week for 20 minutes then work your way up to 30 minutes as you get stronger.

Crunches are bad for people with pelvic organ prolapse.
That isn't always true! I lived with POP for years and could safely do crunches but you are right, they aren't the best choice for everyone. It depends on whether you feel pressure when doing them. This video isn't specifically prolapse safe but I do have others that are that you can search for.
