    Please do more of these short wall pilates workouts. You’re an excellent teacher that really focuses on cueing. I think good technique makes all the difference for results.

    Went from beginner to advanced videos within 2 months. This one was challenging and I loved it!!! The straight leg wall bridge with leg raises and toe touch were my favourite.

    Well this senior lady managed everything. Accept I couldn’t do the roll downs/up on the wall with the legs that far up. So I modified. Challenging, but effective. 👍

    Should never squat where knees are extended beyond the toes.
