God that was so much fun and so many people out partying. I did go to the flats clubing in the 90's and it was fun but i think back in the 80's was even more fun.

Starting at 4:23 thats my 40 Excalibur Hawk with blue stripes down the deck tied up against the dock those were the best years in the flats.

loved this video, I bought my first and cheapest boat in 1990 a 1988 Welcraft 210 classic It was docked at Edgewater marina. Back then you needed to win a lottery to get a dock space because it was so popular. I was in the flats every weekend and that boat was filled with friends and family. We had the most fun on that boat. Funny I have since had bigger and more expensive boats but not as much fun. Thanks for the memories.

The absolutely best era in the Flats. The new "junk" will never compare. The Wolsteins ruined it with their money and vanilla results.
