Flats East Bank Time Lapse - Cleveland, Ohio

The $500 million Flats East Bank development- a joint venture between The Wolstein Group and Fairmount Properties- is bringing Cleveland's riverfront back to life. The project features a 23-story office tower, an Aloft hotel, a 1200-front riverfront boardwalk and a variety of dining and retail options. The highly anticipated development overlooks the Cuyahoga River and Lake Erie, boasting dramatic water views and cityscapes.
This time lapse video shows the project's evolution to its current state in December 2012. Flats East Bank will open to the public in Spring 2013.
