    Great episode!
Key takeaway: Diets aren't just macros, pay attention to the micronutrients and beware of nutrition fads. Often the traditional "boring" diet is the best one for you.

Such an awesome conversation and very relevant in today’s world of information overload. The basics and commitment … love this. Also appreciate Nick’s brutal honesty with his show prep and how it impacts those around him. Thanks for awesome discussion gents!

Nick as a business owner u should be paying your manufacturers in credits card that have airline miles so u can have basically unlimited and fly first class lay flats all the time. Speaking as a business beverage owner in hawaii 🤙🏽

I'm loving these episodes calling out all this fad diet bs!! Vegetables being bad for you has to be one of the stupidest of all the trends ever.

You eat SO many carbs and exercise can’t process all the effects on our pancreas and blood sugar so actually really need to go on the keto diet

Why did you have Saladino on your podcast if you disagree with the message he's promoting?

Nothing wrong with having different views and exposing yourself to different view points it’s how you grow.

Because that fool changes his opinion more often than people change their. It's amazing no one has the brains to pick up on how they change the fad diet they're following based on SEO principles

I don’t agree with everything Saladino says but I’m also not taking health advice from a cook.

But of course the "experts" with their fancy titles are totally trustworthy and could not be wrong as opposed to self learned cook. Appeal to title is argument fallacy.

Disagree completely, the guy is around food 24/7. Why would you not at least listen to what he has to say?
