I always listen to Andrew Huberman, Layne Norton and Peter Attia whenever I want to make a conscious decision about my health. There's too much noise in the fitness and nutrition space and I am a certified Nutrition Coach!!! Thanks Nick for making sound advice available for the general public.

The tail end of this conversation kindof broke me. I've been denying to myself that I binge eat. I feel like you were talking directly to me. And I know the point being made is that a lot of people make the same mistake, but I honestly thought I was different. I'm not. And it explains a lot.
I think I have to take a long hard look at my relationship with food, and I have to start being more disciplined. I thought I was already doing that, but it's clear that trying to recover each week from the gluttony of the weekend or treating every damn pizza like it's my last, isn't going to get me where I want to be. My head was in the sand regarding those moments. It's weird to realize that.
Thanks for sharing this talk. Damn.

Great convo. Simple is key on this topic. That seems to frequently be forgotten.

Hey Nick, great talk. I really like the point you and Jacob made at 9:52 about the implementation of physical fitness training in school programs. I believe the "get fit to play" model of PE is way better than the "play to get fit" model of PE in high schools. There is a really interesting and inspirational documentary on this topic called "The Motivation Factor" by Doug Orchard. It discusses how Physical Education can cultivate young people to "develop social unity and become smart, productive and mentally stable citizens, and the out-of-control consequences we face today with its absence in our society." I think you might find this interesting, I would be interested in your opinion on this topic. Anyways, love the content!
