    This 1:01:40 you have just changed my life ..i know dont have to have guilt for doing my runs or incline treadmill stair master MASTER workouts during me tryimg to gain muscle...
    Even though i kept doimg it against trainers advice cause im just stubborn and havimg mutlple fitness goals.i 💯 think its a mental brain adaption type thing.. cant wait to respond to your future pods in 5 years to show you how far i have become

    you can't fake passion. so true. same with not faking chemistry. that's why certain tv shows or marriages succeed. there's chemistry. you can fake it for awhile but it will catch up with you.

    Dang this is legit 🔥🔥🔥 I'm 500lbs and surprisingly athletic for my size. This helps me a lot. Imma drop 150 lbs by next May starting right now. At 350 im doing back flips and somersaults.     I like what he said about fasting being a lifht switch for him. I have a major problem with an all or nothing way of doing things so im going to give fasting more of a try

    I bought into Thomas' fasting course two years ago or so. I swear to you, it was the only thing that got me from a size 36 to a 33 in a month I've ever tried. Without losing crazy amounts of muscle. Just finally got rid of all the tire belly fat in the fastest way possible. Not only that, I felt more alert, energized and awake during the day just like he mentions. If you don't want to wait around 4 months to lose body fat by hard effort alone, you MUST do intermittent fasting to at least finally get rid of that ugly fat and then you can slowly get back to not having to do it except for 1-2 times a week at most.

    Cant I do cardio at heart rate lever 2 for say 1-2 hours ..let's say incline 15% speed 3 with ankle weights.. and be the same if not better then a person who has gasted 24 hr..glucose ,insuline, fat adapting ect. wise
