@@royalway12 I have owned several Ariens zero turn mowers, and none of them have any sort of rattling like in this video. I have never heard of rattling being a issue on any Apex, or Zenith…the rattle in this video sounds like a spindle or pulley to be honest. Gravely I have never owned, as they seem to be way worse and problematic the the Ariens line, for the most part. I have a Ariens mini zoom 1534 that’s decently old…it still operates flawlessly 😉.

You're mowing too low you're destroying your mower deck.
In Uk and Ireland we cut grass short. We cut grass to 1", lower with the ransomes cylinder mowers.
