This is one of the best Nobadaddiction workouts I've done. I burned more calories than I normally would. I also used a set of 15 lb dumbbells.

Started off simple ended up like jelly! I'm quite calorie efficient and burned 152 cal, good for me!

It is not a cardio workout, it is strength training work out And strength training can make you look bulky ,if you want a lean and slime boby then add some jump,or extra movement otherwise this gone make you look like a crazy bulky man(rock).hope this can help you to enjoy your journey.
