    This is one of the best Nobadaddiction workouts I've done. I burned more calories than I normally would. I also used a set of 15 lb dumbbells.

    This is my favorite fitness channel. The exercises make sense, and there's not too much time spent stopping and starting to explain extraneous things. Just straight to work!

    This was intense🔥but definitely doable. The transitions and the way the exercises were partnered was spot on! 👊. Thank you Julia! Your energy is so encouraging and your reminders of lower back on the floor... shoulders off the ground makes a big difference performing the routine.     It is not a cardio workout, it is strength training work out And strength training can make you look bulky ,if you want a lean and slime boby then add some jump,or extra movement otherwise this gone make you look like a crazy bulky man(rock).hope this can help you to enjoy your journey.
