Considering that banks makes their money off of charging you interest and you paid off your bond in super fast period, they won't reward you for that. Lol! It's sad that your main bank often offer you the worst deal ever. My property I bought via a different bank, that property was a 7 year long nightmare. Managed to sell it eventually and bought my current property and my bank still came with a ridiculous deal so I switched to the bank that I bought this house through.
Have you ever heard of OPT, that's what you do with bond originators, use their time to get you best deals and still be active, research what prime lending rate is, use you good credit score as levarage, if you have deposit, leverage that to get prime less or prime or something close to prime. You are the customer and bond originator if you push them enough they can work miracles for you. Enjoy your holiday and thanks for another informative vid. 🙏🏾👸🏿🇿🇦

I'm not sure how true this is but I once heard that banks do not like it when ppl pay off house loans faster. They miss out on the interest you were supposed to pay🤷♀️
It could be true because they stand to make a lot more the longer one takes to pay up.
