- The OTP is the first major document you will sign when buying property and you should not undermine this step! This document can ruin things for you, so read it carefully before signing. When applying for your home loan the bank will also asked for a signed OTP with the signatures of all parties involved mainly you and the seller/s.

I think that way I have will have peace of mind knowing that the document protects me fully if the sale is not successful or if any other issues arise while in the transfer process.

In case you dint have an uncle who is a plumber, using professional inspectors can help you with identifying issues with the house. I recently used one and was able to use his report to negotiate the price down by 11.5%. This is in addition to being able to identify issues that your uncle wont be aware of.

Did you qualify for a home loan based on your Chinese salary, well I understand that they take other factors into consideration, but was it based on your only main income which was your Chinese salary?
If the OTP has an blank team n conditions annexure and space for both parties at the bottom , can we add the terms in writing or must be typed

Good question, as far as I know it’s strictly done by lawyers and there will be a fee for each and every service they provide, maybe there’s another way, I don’t know.
