DHL is the worst of the worst in parcel delivery. On trustpilot site in the Netherlands they get from a total of about 4100 votes, 1 out of 5 stars. Thats 94 percent of the votes is 1 star. They have no right to exist. Almost every interaction is a negative experience. If they lose your parcel they will lie to you and register it as delivered, to get in touch with them, you then have to pay them 1 euro to have a phonecall.
