Coursera course "Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity " brought me here!
DHL is the worst of the worst in parcel delivery. On trustpilot site in the Netherlands they get from a total of about 4100 votes, 1 out of 5 stars. Thats 94 percent of the votes is 1 star. They have no right to exist. Almost every interaction is a negative experience. If they lose your parcel they will lie to you and register it as delivered, to get in touch with them, you then have to pay them 1 euro to have a phonecall.
She raise a huge point to future leaders. A big respect for all her opinion!

Little bit general to the point of confusion, but the main idea is traceable. Like "every business is to become a software business" is an overkill; simply put, almost every organization is about to have software shop within in order to develop apps which deliver better buying/business experience to consumers and thus drive top-line. App-enabled Commerce, if I get the notion right, would be an alternative wording.
