As someone who has gotten into a Fender Bender door dashing, I just used to support and said i got into an accident. They reassigned the order. Then I got paid for the full order+ and then I just ate the food afterwards

This is THE STRONGEST case I have ever seen for a police department having a devoted team for response to psychotic episodes.
If this woman was a man and lashng out like this the cops would be pulling their guns.
She needs to be reprimanded for what she did, but these cops are not trained for this response.
She's got an anti-personality disorder and she's in an environment she's lost control so she is FREAKING out.
Where I live, the police can interfere and decide to bring someone to the hospital without their consent if the person is a danger to themselves or others. They are the ones to do a preliminary assessment of their mental health and situation. When the person gets to the hospital, they will have the person meet with a qualified psychiatrist to determine what needs to happen for their care. Depending on the situation and where someone lives, they could possibly be involuntarily admitted into the hospital for psychiatric care as well.
There is no way to determine from a video whether not a person has an anti-personality disorder or any other psychiatric condition. They have to be seen by an actual psychiatrist a variety of times before any diagnosis can be made.

It's as simple as calling Uber/DoorDash and telling them you've been involved in an accident and can't finish the order.
The only time that's not an option is if you already have a lot of infractions with the parent company (though USUALLY they still make exceptions if you can prove the accident is real later-on), and if THAT'S the case and she DOES have so many infractions that she's going to get in trouble with them, then obviously she's a habitual problem person and probably shouldn't be involved in DoorDash/Uber/whatever.
I find it funny that one of the cops that was at the accident scene was also at the apartment when she first got arrested. I can't imagine having to deal with this woman twice 😆

As far as I know that’s an every US state thing. Not specifically Nashville, if that’s what you’re implying. Between living in Ohio, NC, Florida, TN, MS, I can say semi trucks and bmws alike will blow red lights like it’s their day job. As somebody who works in customer service, I can assure you that there are so many people like this.
Ive had grown adults, nurses, doctors, ems and officer throw fits over the littliest things. Most recently, had a CO freak out on me because i carded him for alcohol, which is mandatory in my shop.
